Hi, I’m Emma!
For as long as I can remember, I’ve had an innate feeling that I’m meant to create and tell stories.
When I was little, I dreamt of becoming an artist, spending hours on school projects and designing my bedroom with my mom. In high school, I got my first DSLR camera and started capturing life in my small beach town.
Convincing my little sisters to do backyard photoshoots eventually turned into taking grad photos for classmates on my college campus. Scribbles in childhood notebooks evolved into speeches and essays that helped me discover how words can move people.
Over time, that passion became The Kindred Edit, a place where creativity meets purpose. I help business owners tell their stories with intention. Whether through thoughtful imagery or meaningful words, my goal is always the same: to build connection.
I’m passionate about being a vessel for storytelling and honoring the people who’ve trusted me to help tell theirs. It’s a privilege to partner with brands who are making an impact through their mission, creativity, and heart.
All these years later, I like to think I became an artist after all.
